ISOWHEY RECIPE 1: ANTIOXIDANT SMOOTHIE BOWL

Kim says it's perfect for recovery after a big training session or game 💪 #gopies
• 2 cups of frozen mixed berries
• 1/2 frozen banana
• 1/2 avocado
• Rough handful of spinach
• 1/2 cup raw almonds
• 1 tablespoon raw honey
• 2 cups cooled down green tea
• 1 cup ice
• Combine all ingredients to blender, pour into bowl and top with: IsoWhey Superfood Sprinkle (Buckwheat, coconut, dried berries, seeds) banana slices, blueberries, chopped dates, orange, pomegranate arils.
