How do I purchase accessible seating?

Will there be last minute tickets available?

As the event date approaches, the venue may release tickets that were previously held.

Why are last minute tickets released?

The team or league may no longer need tickets that were contractually held when the event originally went on sale. At times, ticket may become available closer to the event for public on sale.

My membership allows me to access matches, so do I need to buy tickets?

If you hold a membership that gives you access to matches you do not need to purchase tickets. You can use your membership card to access venues that the Collingwood Magpies play at.

My membership does not include access to matches. Do I get a discount on tickets?

No, tickets must be purchased from the ticketing agency at full price.

I hold a reserved seat membership. Am I able to purchase tickets for other members to sit next to me?

In most cases reserved seat memberships are allocated in areas that other reserved seat members are allocated, therefore tickets will not become available to purchase in that area. Seating maps that are provided on the ticketing agencies websites will make visible the areas available to purchase into.

For any other questions relating to access provided for particular memberships, please refer to our 2018 Netball Terms and Conditions - https://membership.collingwoodfc.com.au/terms-and-conditions

Why are there Saturday afternoon games again? They clash with local netball.

The Saturday afternoon time slot is an opportunity for Suncorp Super Netball to step away from 9Gem and broaden its reach on the main channel. In order for our sport to continue evolving, with new fans, we must broaden our reach. All clubs have a mixture of Saturday and Sunday games.

Why don’t Brisbane have any double headers, and why don’t Melbourne or Sydney have many?

Feedback from last year was that double headers in venue didn’t work in every market. The fixture includes one double header in Melbourne, and two double headers in Sydney.

How is the season structured?

The home and away season will be played over 14 weeks, with all eight clubs playing each other once at home, and once away.  A three-week Finals Series will follow, to be contested by the top four-ranked teams.
